As Stage II of Rebuild by Design came to a close, the WXY/WEST 8 team presented their design opportunities to jury members, public officials and the general public at NYU and NJIT. On the importance of regional design, Claire Weisz responded, "Everything’s design. So the idea of actually having a design discussion about our future, basically, it admits that we [were] going to design something at some point. Well let’s start now."
