WXY is thrilled to announce a significant milestone at the Peninsula Mixed-Use Campus. This December, we celebrated the topping out of both buildings in Phase 2, marking the completion of their superstructures. 

The Peninsula represents our commitment to designing spaces that prioritize community, equity, and innovation. Phase 2 is a critical step in reimagining this campus as a vibrant hub for the Bronx and beyond. 

The next milestone in our journey is the completion of the façade, projected for summer/fall 2025.
